How TextLead Works

1. A visitor requests contact

Your website visitor opens the TextLead widget, enters their name and mobile number, selects what they need help with, and asks your business to contact them.

2. Get notified fast with optional SMS alerts

Your TextLead contact requests are available in your LocalWerx account. When you opt in to SMS notifications, LocalWerx also sends new contact requests directly to your designated mobile number so you can respond faster.

3. You respond directly

Tap the visitor’s phone number in the notification and respond from your own phone. The conversation is directly between your business and the customer.

TextLead is designed for individual customer contact requests—not bulk messaging or text marketing. A TextLead request gives your business permission to respond to that specific request; it does not enroll the visitor in recurring or promotional text messages.
